Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about ordering, delivery and tile installation.

1Are all the ceramic tiles you offer in stock?

No. We occasionally have only certain tile series in limited quantities in stock, as our ceramics are mostly made to order.

2What is the delivery time for tiles?

Delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks. For larger quantities we usually adjust the lead time to your needs.

3Do your tiles need grout or can they be installed butt-joint?

We offer many laser-cut tiles that can be laid butt-joint, as the edges are precisely laser-finished. Tiles can be placed tightly next to each other with minimal deviation.

4What is the difference between wall and floor tiles?

Wall tiles are usually not full-body porcelain and are less resistant to damage, so we recommend them for walls only. All floor tiles in our range are full-body porcelain and suitable for indoor or outdoor use on floors or walls.

5How much extra tile should I order for waste and reserve?

We always add an extra 10% to the calculated square metres for installation reserve.

6Which tiles are best for outdoor installation?

Outdoor tiles must be full-body porcelain, frost-resistant and damage-resistant. They must also be slip-resistant, at least R10.

7Where can I pick up my order?

Pickup is at your choice at our warehouse at Raičeva ulica 16, Ljubljana–Tomačevo, or at the showroom at Dunajska cesta 88, Ljubljana. For large orders we can also deliver to your home.
